Cathedral sits on Balicasag's north side, where the reef starts shallow before the wall drops away into open blue water, down to around 25m. It's one of the more approachable dives on the island, with a gentle profile that suits newer certified divers.
Turtles are a near-certainty here, alongside batfish, jackfish, and Napoleon wrasse — and on rare occasions, a passing whale shark.
