Danajon Bank, off Bohol's north coast, is one of just a handful of double barrier reef systems in the world — a rare structure that makes this stretch of water one of the most biodiverse in the region. Barrier Reef Top is its accessible, recreational face: shallow reef diving around 18m, dense with coral.
It's a full-day trip from Panglao, best booked as a special excursion rather than a routine dive.
