Enriched-air nitrox lowers your nitrogen loading compared to diving on regular air, which — within the same safe dive profiles — usually means longer bottom time and shorter surface intervals between dives.

This is a short, mostly theory-based course covering gas planning, analyzing your own tank before every dive, and adjusting your dive computer for enriched-air blends. No extra dives required to certify.
